Orders
An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order where stock, address or payment verification fails, with a full refund.
Pricing and GST
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST at the applicable rate of 18%. A tax invoice is issued with every shipment.
Shipping
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are indicative. Risk passes to you on delivery. Delays caused by couriers, weather or customs are outside our control.
Returns
Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the product value. Opened incense cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless damaged in transit.
Safe use
Incense burns with an open flame and ember. Use a heat-proof holder, keep away from children, pets and flammable material, and never leave burning incense unattended.
Liability and governing law
Our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Mumbai having exclusive jurisdiction.
